Hey there,
I am using Vista Business x86 SP1. Since I am moving around quite a lot, i am using a UMTS connection to connect to the Internet. However, this connection appears to be unstable at times, and it gives me some strange error messages. I believe it could fix some of them, if only i could restart the service RasMan. I just do not have any control over it, and yes I am Admin, _the_ Admin
I checked with some of my collegues and all of them are able to aktivate it or deaktivate it without shutting the system down.
If i go to Services RAS Connection Management it is set to manual but the buttons are not active. the only way for me to deaktivate is to set the drop-down box to disable and restart. If I then set it back to manual, I am able to aktivate the service.
Does anyone know how i could solve this problem?
