(DEAD )Seasonic PRIME TITANIUM 850w $159.99 ($129.99 AR)

Really interested in this but I won't be doing my build until beyond the 30-day replace/return window.
Has anyone dealt with Seasonic customer service before?

Definitely would run that. I use https://www.evga.com/power-meter/ to get an idea where I might fall into when purchasing for a build.

If your truly interested in how to achieve the cleanest most efficient use of a power supply I suggest jonnygurru site.. I love [H] reviews on the subject, but this guy only looks at power supplies and is the most honest site out their next to here. Good luck and if you can wait till Black Friday/cyber Monday you'll find similar if not better deals...and check slick deals they always have many psu deals of varying quality and size pretty often
 
Eh I ended up buying the HardOCP reviewed 1000 watt. ended up needing more due to oc and adding more drives.
