Hello.
I have ConRoeXFire-eSATA2 R2.0 motherboard and Patriot 2x1GB, 667MHz, 1.8V, 4-4-4-12 memory.

This mobo have:
- 4 x DDRII DIMM slots
- Support DDRII 667/533
- Max. capacity: 4GB

Can I insert additional Patriot 2x1GB, 800MHz, 2.1V, 4-4-4-12 memory? These stick can work at 667MHz and 1.8V?

This will work? Is it danger to my PC?

Yup. It's just fine to underclock memory and keep the same CAS latency. It should work at 1.8v, but if it's not stable try increasing the voltage to 1.9v or something. (and if you can't change voltages, then slow the CAS timings some)

Also, you need a 64 bit OS to be able to use all 4GB of memory.

Thank you! It's working! :)

In BIOS I have these frequencies to choose: 200, 266 and 333MHz. Which one i shoud choose and why? When auto option is enabled it shows 266MHz.

Take those numbers and double them. DDR2 is "double data rate" ... (the bus speed is "double pumped").

You should pick 333MHz (as that would turn into 667MHz). Anything less and you would be further underclocking your ram.

You can see your current RAM speed by using CPUz. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html Once you have that program open, go to the Memory tab and your current speed should be shown.
