I've never bought anything from GreenManGaming...they seem legit judging by all the people that buy games from them but how are they always able to offer discounts on new games?...literally always, even when no one else offers any discounts

Steam (and XBox, and Playstation and most other online storefronts) take a 30% cut of game sales don't they? That's just an industry standard figure. So if they get permission GMG could give up some of that and still make money.
