Naw. I never said that. I do like some DS2 specific improvements, but I've always liked DS1 the most.

Yeah, I did. On a Tuesday...

One thing is certain though, you wont ever catch me saying BloodBorne is the best, EVEN THOUGH, even though I'm still playing it and have not really gone back to finish DS2 since starting BB. I still need to finish that EXCELLENT DLC3 on DS2, but I'm about to platinum BB, one trophy left. Lady Yharnam.

they did not "bring it back", just in bloodborne they made a new game that presented a different playing style.
