Just got some of DangerDen's 1/2" I.D. high-flow barbs. I'm using them for a custom acrylic resivoir type thing, however I tried 1/2" threaded holes and they seem too small. Does anyone know what size hole and tap these fittings require?

Oh, second question. Would it be worth it to get some rubber washers to use when I attach my fans and radiator assembly to my case? I'm asuming that would cut down on some noise, yes?

Fron DD site!:
"The most reliable fitting to date. Uses an O-Ring to seal. Large ID bore for high flow and lower pressure drop compared to other fittings.Uses a G 1/4 BSPP straight thread or 9/16-18 with O-Ring Seal."

So it depends on if you ordered them with the G1/4 BSPP or the 9/16-18 threads.

Going back and looking, I believe it's the 9/16's straight thread. Thanks guys.
