CyberLink PowerDVD 9, no GPU Hardware Aceleration (ATI - Avivo) - Need help.

I have CyberLjnk PowerDVD 9 with latest patch but for some reason it cant see my video card...

Specs are: (laptop VAIO VGN-FW490)
Windows 7 x64 (7100)
T9600
4GB ram
ATI 4650 with 1GB. (latest CCC)


All Hardware Acceleration goes trough CPU instead of videocard...

Any one know why?
