Custom PC resets every other power on

120gb SSD
800gb HDD
EVGA NEX 750G (psu)
Windows 10

Last couple months I've noticed the PC only freezes every other power on. In other words I would have to power on, wait for freeze, and then hard reset each time I want to use the PC.

Today I finally decided to attempt a fix by doing a system reset (erase all files).
I screwed myself completely now... after windows finished reset and gets to the choose date, time, enter PC name, etc screen, there's an automatic restart, which then freezes after the restart and I'm back to the choose date/time screen. A sort of mild bootloop I guess.

Try some other RAM. Also, which SSD do you have?

Does the BIOS date also reset ?

Have you tried installing a partition on your hdd to see if it's the ssd? Sounds like a corrupt windows install

Haven't had time recently to do much else. I'll try a fresh install today and see what happens.
