Cryorig M9i Intel (CR-M9i) will be enough for 8700K for no OC?

I'll bite... If you want an honest opinion.

Yes, it should be plenty. The 8700K uses 100-110W under normal conditions with no overclock and no change to turbo behavior. The M9i is rated for 120W, so there is a little breathing room there.
