Based on some quick research, the Samsung ram appears to be ECC (server ram). You may want to include the in the description. Good luck.

Yep, comes up as 10600E which can still work in a PC. I use some 10600E and 8500E now and it works fine with my 3930k, i3-3220, G530 and 3770k.

Thanks KingerXI, didn't realize that was ECC but good to know it can still be used in a desktop PC. Patriot and Corsair memory is sold, thanks everyone.
