Creepy Ass Robot of the Day

Leave it to the Japanese to come up with a creepy ass robot that looks like it is having uncontrollable spasms and say it moves like it has a "life of its own." Seriously, watch the video below and tell me if you think that is realistic movement or not.
 
Nice that we haven't solved the issue of momentum with servos. That's what's making it "wobble" or, as you say... "spasms".

It's even more funny because I'm watching the movie right now.

I think the best way to make robotic limbs is to simulate muscle. I just don't think that servos and the like move fluidly or quick enough.

Make some electrically sensitive material that contracts when charged. Makes more sense to me.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
At this rate, my sexbot 9000 will never be reality. I'm not sticking my d!ck in that crazy looking thing!

"Lifelike movements?" Did they cheap on the servos and actuators? I can control my arms a heck of a lot better than that thing can.
