Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage vs Corsair HS40

I am looking to get a USB headset for a spare system that will be used for movies and games. I'm looking for cheap but decent and have narrowed it down to the Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage and the Corsair HS40. The Tactic3D Rage is on sale for $60 CAD where it is usually $100 and seems to have better frequency response and a larger driver. The HS40 is $60 CAD. I have never used Creative headsets before and have loved my Corsair. Any suggestions ?
