My Specs and nothing is overclocked.
XFX 580i Motherboard
AMD x2 6000+
EVGA 8800GTX
Mushkin PC6400 2gb
BFG PhysX
Fatal1ty X-Fi
OS: Vista Ultimate

I know vista is giving me a performance hit.. but I should get higher than 9924
 
No you shouldnt, its your cpu probably but 3dmark says nothing anyways, fire some gaming benchmarks instead.
 
Yup, A64's bottleneck video cards in 3DMark06 as the benchmark depends on both the CPU and GPU. But do you play 3DMark? :p Fire up same games and take those for a spin instead; then you'll see the 8800GTs ability.

they also bottleneck crysis, but that's about it. :)
 
A bit low IMO. I have had simular system before selling my mobo + cpu.
Vista x32
AMD 6000
2gb DDR800
BFG 8800GTX OC2

I got about 10250 in 3dmark, a little higher, not by much though.
