CPU Pricing on eBay ... this can't be for real

just came from eBay, was shopping around for a used Ryzen 5 2600. Did a search and the screenshot below shows two of the results that were listed one on top of the other as you see it in the screenshot. My Q is, why would anyone buy a USED CPU that's only $.04 less than a brand new one in a sealed box that has a warranty?

Automatic pricing, supply and demand (when new ones aren't avail), etc. But that's just ebay. Wouldn't surprise me if I saw one listed for 500.
