I was going to buy this last night for 164, fell asleep get up and it now has the $50 mir

good untill the 7th

I need RAM, but damn, I really hate MIRs...thanks OP, got some heavy thinking to do.

Bad OP, BAD!

Damn my inability to resist temptation. Another $164 (-$50 eventually of course) wasted.

nevermind, they already changed it anyway. its now $128.00 AR....looks like they dumped the instant rebate part (was $14.00 instant + 50MIR)

meh.. if you guys just wait a little longer, they are going to be wanting to just get rid of all this DDR since DDR2 is going to become so popular with all the new mobos/chipsets coming out.

They are not common for pc3200 1gb pairs though. Many 2GB kits of pc3200 are 2-2-2-5. :p 3-3-3-8 are timings that PC-4000 memory have. Anyhow just something to consider.

afaik only kingston has 2x1GB kits with 2-2-2 timings, all the rest are 2-3-2.

decent deal OP.

I sprung. Too bad it didn't have the instant rebate anymore. The free shipping was nice, though!
