Corsair TX850M +3.3V keeps going down!

I keep getting a warning popping up from my motherboard utility telling me that my +3.3V is below threshold. Right now it's sitting at 2.880V and in the red. It was 2.960V earlier this morning.

This is the first time it's done this in several months of ownership of the rig in my sig. What could be the cause of this?

Which pins are +3.3V and how do I do this while the system is running?

Orange and black from a SATA power cable. Orange is +3.3V. Black is gnd. Or same two colors on the MOBO atx cable.

I will go a step further and say software readings are never accurate. At least I have never seen one that matched up with a proper multimeter.

I've had software get a rail pretty accurate, but you're right in that I've never seen any software run on any motherboard that was able to nail down all the voltages
