Corsair Neutron GTX vs Samsung 840 (Non-pro)

Hey all, I have 2 Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB drives and 2 Samsung 840 250GB (Non-pro). I will be selling 2 of the drives, and putting the other 2 in RAID. Without price being a question, which is the better to keep? I searched all over the internet and can only find the GTX vs Pro, which probably hints that the GTX will be the better of the 2 but I just want to be sure since I am not up on the knowledge of SSDs.
