So I have a ticket where I want to RMA my mouse, they gave me the typical try these steps which didn't help so I went to update the ticket asking to RMA and I get "could not add reply" error. The ticket says "waiting for my reply"
Is the site just acting up or is Corsair telling me to piss off lol...
Took them like a week and a half to reply with the troubleshooting steps. Might be the last time I buy a mouse from them...
Tried logging out and back in, turned off Ublock, only thing I didn't try is a different browser. I did provide a reply when they didn't respond asking for an update(so before they replied with the troubleshooting steps) so I know at least at some point it did work.
