Like the title says, I noticed my PSU hitting 3.12v for the 3.3 in HWMonitor while gaming. Right now it's sitting at 3.2 and even that seems low. System seems stable, but I know the warranty is running out soon. I should probably RMA it... thoughts?

If you do not have a volt meter I would ignore this.I should probably RMA it... thoughts?

So you want to RMA your PSU even though your system is working great because of a software voltage reading?
Warranty running out does not mean it's time to go on a quest to scam the manufacturer out of a free PSU.

Is this accurate for measurement?
"Red probe (+) to orange wire ( 3.3v ) on either on the 24 pin main or a SATA power connector, black to ground."
Also make sure you take the measurement while the system is loaded - the voltage drop (if there is any) will come when the power supply is loaded.
So run heaven or something while I'm testing?
Cheap multimeters can be off as well. Additionally, Unigine probably wasn't the best program to run as a load test. Better would have been the OCCT PSU test, which simultaneously loads the GPUs and CPU.
A lot of the time, you see people trying to scam businesses (and other people) in any way they can. Some people just automatically assume the worst instead of giving the benefit of doubt.
