Corsair 650tx + Apevia Qpack 2 ?

I don't think so. Unless I am mistaken the PSU on those cases is only held up by the screws on the back anyhow, and the PSU that ships with it is very small, making that doable, but if you get a serious PSU like that, it gets real heavy real quick, and I don't think that would be very sturdy.
 
It fits, plus the PSU rests on some supports so it should be fine. Just be wary of the that PSU may get in the way of a too deep CD/DVD-drive.
 
Kool... np about the dvd drive... I am using the smallest one where it only extends up to the metal sides.

I've got a VX450 in my xqpack2 and it supports the weight just fine. In adddition to optical drive length, what I would say about the VX650 is the additional length give you less space for dealing with all those cables - you're going to have to be very creative with your zipties!
