How does the quality on this compare to the VX450 that also has free shipping and a MIR at the moment (end price is almost twice as much though...)?

VX has a 33A 12v rail, the CX is 30A, the VX build quality is a bit nicer, but worth the extra cost?

I have the CX on a 2nd system, Athlon64 3700+ @ 2.75Ghz, 8800GT and its just great. Nice and quiet, plenty of power. Got it for $30 AR & FS, well worth it, if its all you need.
