There been a shortage since release for MSRP. I seen 7800x going for more then what a 7820x suppose to go for from 3rd part sellers on amazon and newegg -.-

Yeah had same issue. Found a 7820x out of stock from a retailer then in stock for about 20 minutes so snapped one up. Gotta be quick at the minute
