Copy tool that's not based on file name?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a copy tool that use properties (such as exif data) rather then file names.
I'm trying to organize photos onto one drive. However I have duplicate files that don't share the same name.

Does anyone know of any software that would do what I need?

You can locate duplicates using md5 checksums - 'dupfiles' comes to mind.

You could also use a program like VisiPics to find duplicate images even if they have different filenames, EXIF data, resolutions, file formats, compression, etc.

I usually sort my pictures by size to check for dupes. Also, picasa has a cool "find duplicate images" feature.

Thanks for all the info you guys.
I'm currently using "Duplicate File Finder" and it's doing a fair job.
Still putting it through the passes though.

Actually works pretty well. It will find photos that are SIMILAR as well and show you the percent match. Then you can delete all but the best copy or whatever.
