probably be fine at stock speeds for normal use and gaming but maybe not rendering or any long sustained loads.
edit: not many sites testing it but one said low 70s during a cinebench run.
12600k makes quite a bit of heat, so 212 has just barely enough cooling. That's assuming case airflow is good so cooler is receiving air within a couple degrees of room ambient .. and because it will be working hard if CPU is working fan speed will be pretty high making quite a bit of noise.

I was wondering what the TDP was on it ? you have a Link For the TDP for the cooler you listed ?
I found the TDP on that listing....TDP 160 not bad.. but not worth changing from the RGB 212 (TDP 150)..the Case haas great Flow so no issues there besides I already purchased the 212 and am very happy with it.
