Other than the fact that this was an entry in this year's Spiral Independent Creators Festival, I have no idea what this is, how it was made, or why, but it is definitely cool as hell to watch.

Looks like a wireframe with lights that are projected to it causing it to animate.

Kind of similar to how a phonograph/record player works with sound.
