I'm attempting to build a new media computer -
MSI Z87I
Kingston 16GB
Intel 4770S
Samsung 840 Pro
EVGA 750 Ti
HD-PLEX 250W DC-ATX
I can't even get the OS installed. It boots up and the furthest I can get is about 20 seconds into the installation process. Sometimes it reboots before but it always reboots. I've tried replacing the RAM, unplugging the HDD, and a different power adapter. Anyone seen a mobo by itself cause this?
