confusion about 3 Gagabyte boards

dont seems much different at all. The only difference i can see are how many usb 3.0 ports there are and the integrated sound cards.

Also only one of the boards lists 2x pci-e 16x slots, wouldnt this be favorable for SLI/Xfire even though its the cheapest? is one of the above favorable or are either of these 2 asus a better option?

get the one for 169.00 as it has the ability to use onboard video as well as 2 pcie x16 slots for sli or xfire...its also tweaktowns editors choise award...looks to be a pretty nice board....

As far as I know, Gigabyte has a lot of variety of motherboard for user choice base on their requirement.
As I have check the differences among the three are as belows:
Z68X-UD3H-B3 --> on board VGA (HDMI + RGB + DVI + Display) on the rear panel. (Where the H represent for on board HDMI).
Z68X-UD3P-B3 --> CPU VRM is 12 phrases.
