Not with that particular card. You can read post #4 in this thread to find the new warranty terms for the 7000 series. The warranty is not retroactive, the old cards (like the 6970) still have the double-lifetime warranty.

Same, It would be even better if it was in store.

It took almost a month for them to stock the gtx 580 instore and they would only have 2 of them. Recently they took down the GTX 580 display unit at the Dadeland CompUSA. But I got a guy there to hook me up and reserve a 7970 soon as they show up in case I can't get one on Newegg.
