cmd prompt pop wont leave me alone...

Help!...

Running Win 10 and I got a command prompt window that keeps popping up and going away. It's annoying as it keeps alt-tabbing me out of games...

It is happening at random times throughout the day (multiple times in a day.) I have checked Task scheduler and found nothing logged for it there. I have also ran several virus scans and I'm clean. I'm not sure what it is or how can I find out.

Anyway to find the culprit?

Process Monitor, toggle the filter that shows processes spawning/exiting.

Looks like a bad case of an attention deficit CMD prompt!

I think a couple of people have reported this, something to do with Office?
