got it stable to 2.7 at 1.45, but heat was too much, need to reseat/apply hsf.
 
An Opteron 165 @ 2.7-2.8 Ghz > x2 4800+ @ Stock && >= Fx-57 in terms of overall performance?

Pretty much, a 2.7ghz DC Opteron is 300mhz faster per core than a stock 4800+ and is 100mhz slower than a single core FX-57. I would say 2 cores clocked at 2.7ghz would give better overall performance than one core clocked at 2.8ghz.

cpu temps load 52 with a XP90 according to MBM

this is as far as i have gotten so far, not sure how high i want to go on the voltage and temps.

Seems to be on par with the others I'm seeing from that same week.
Mine is running 2.5Ghz 48C load with a Big Typhoon cooler.

on stock cooler temps getting close to 50C so i go down to 300x9 1.325x113% until new hsf.

Video Card: Connect3D X800gto > flashed to X800XT, 500/500 at 16 pipes, will hit 560/560 on stock cooling

I'll shoot it higher when my new h2o stuff gets here next week. I am running a 2/3 divider so my ram is exactly 200htt This is 15hr Prime stable at 41* on air.

ya those temps are way higher than they should be. My 0543 is loading at 42C or so with a Hyper 6 HSF.

Apex kit comes tomorrow :D
