I'm looking to build a basic office PC for a relative. I'm looking for a Kaby Lake i3 setup since I plan to use an Intel Optane cache drive. They store a ton of photos so a large SSD may be out of budget and I plan on buying a large HDD to pair it with an optane cache drive.

An alternative option would be to get an older i3 setup with a large SSD - I'll update this post once I know how much storage he will need, still working on getting his data count.
