Cloning a Ubuntu drive from Windows

Long story short, I've got a Ubuntu SSD that I need to clone.

But to clone it, I only have a Win10 PC.

Is there a freeware app that can do this?

Can you not do it via a USB Linux bootable drive maybe using Rufus? My knowledge of linux is pretty bad but I have seen something here that might be usefull https://www.techspot.com/guides/809-run-linux-from-usb-drive/

I can remove the drive from the Ubuntu machine and install it as a secondary drive in my Win10PC via SATA ir via a USB adapter, if that makes any difference.
