client<->server file sync software?

I work for a construction co. that has a server they want everyone to start using to store most of their files so everyone can stay updated with each other's stuff. I was wondering, is there a decent and reliable app out there for windows that allows you to sync the stuff you've been working on and just update those files with a click or two, instead of having to drag-and-drop, 'replace these files w/these' type of thing?
 
If your running windows XP you can redirect the my documents directory to the network and use the built in sync. program with XP to do this. No 3rd party apps needed.
 
You might want to look into an rsync client/server for windows...
 
i was also thinking some rsync scripts would be perfect for this type of thing. Not sure about how to go about it in windows though.
