Apple is a magnet for class action lawsuits it seems. They are already fighting class actions because of defective keyboards and now they are going to have to fight another for defective watch displays. According to the lawsuit they refuse to admit a common complaint about every edition of the watch so far. The watches are alleged to have defects in the display that causes the screen to crack, shatter, or detach from the body of the watch. I haven't had this defect with my first gen watch, but I did have the battery failure bug that resulted in them extending the warranty out to three years. Get your act together Apple.
Since 2015, Apple has sold millions of Watches with the Defect throughout the United States, and either knew, or should have known, that the Watches contain the Defect and are not fit for their intended purpose. Nonetheless, Apple has actively concealed and failed to disclose the Defect to Plaintiff and Class members prior to, at, or after the time of purchase.
