Not too much.. the clan has been pretty stagnant, sitting at 8 members now (got Koray back). No word from OneHive, but with as many other applicants they have, I didn't expect to hear back from them. My heros are still kinda low at lvl 10, which is their minimum, but they prefer 12+ heros and I'm dumping all my dark into troop upgrades right now.
I've been considering joining you all still even if it's just for a few wars at a time or something and hopping back between clans as I need breaks. Not sure how your clan would feel about that, heh. Just scouted you all out again and it seems you cut a lot of people, including some of your top guys. I don't care really about being the top guy, I'm used to it I guess, heh. Watching OneHive's vids almost daily has be going kinda crazy without being able to war and trying some of the strategies I'm seeing on there though, hah. It's midterm week this week for me though, so I'm hammered right now. Prolly give me a week or so and I'll prolly join you all for a couple wars at least if that's ok.
yea we cut all the "top" guys cause they didnt pull their weight and if they dont we cant clean their base since they are too high level. So yes yo would be the top guy. You can come and leave as you want its np. you could do 2-3 wars quit and come back when you want.

I had to stop playing once i realized I had spent a little over 80 dollars on a game I play only when i am in the restroom haha. But it is very addicting. I just hate it takes so long to upgrade once your empire starts getting to the top levels. 7 days till upgrade lol

Haha, sorry. One of my coworkers made a clan and wanted me to join him, so a lot of us migrated over to his clan tonight and just started our first war. So I'm gonna feel this out for now and see how I like it. If these guys suck at war too, then I'll prolly be coming over to King Trolls.

Pretty good, just won two wars in a row.
Still not sure about this clan though; the leader (one of my coworkers as I said before) somehow adopted this strategy where we bring in a lot of new players, all TH5 and below, in order to get better/easier match ups for war. But surprisingly the game has found other clans near identical to our TH numbers, so it seems to not matter much to me and just comes down to participation. I guess we'll see after some more war match ups.
I tried to see if he wanted to follow us to King Trolls, but he wants to stick it out with this strategy for a bit first. But he also only wants to war once a week, so I'm kinda torn still, lol. All my clan mates from Ballzack followed me to this new clan, so I'd hate to drop this one again and game them all follow me to your clan, potentially weakening it because I know they're not nearly good attackers as you and I are.
I'm considering clan hopping between us still too. But right now I'm still hammered by school and work, so it's prolly best I'm not warring twice or more a week, heh.

Well we just won our 3rd consecutive war, so that's nice. Think I got a record loot bonus of 912k and just over 4k dark from taking down their top 2, which were premie TH10s, hah. Seems I can just about 3 star anything now with maxed (for TH9, lvl 2) hounds and loons. Pretty much did what Jake from OneHive posted today.
I want to play with Valks as well since I don't see many people use them and I think they can definitely be affected with the right base (one that has a lot of defenses in one compartment), but they're gonna be the last thing I level. Just started my Golems to lvl 3, then I'll max them out for TH9 at lvl 4 right when they're done. What sucks though is that normally you keep a Golem or Hound in your CC for an attack, but no one else in my clan has hounds or leveled Golems, hah. Should prolly just work on my heros instead now, but I'm OCD about getting all my troops maxed first.
I'm still too busy for constant war at the moment. But I'll definitely visit you all at some point when I can catch a break!

All maxed except for research on valks, golems (decided not to bother at TH8, getting 50k / 60k DE saved up sounds nigh impossible) and minions (going to do that once my current research is done). BK level 10 is in progress.
Only 11 skull walls but can't really be bothered.. Will farm walls for the next 10 days and call it a day (gotta farm elixir for xbow anyhow). Anyway as far as I can tell attacks that matter at TH9 are all hogs and air.
I quite like this new (not so new anymore!) clan especially after getting to know the leaders a bit better. Atmosphere is pretty nice and they all seem like decent guys. Everyone is super helpful and very generous with donations. I could do without this LINE thing but oh well.
Im super glad you gave the clan a chance and decided to stay Elle congrats on making Th9! hope to join you soon but im not there yet.

Yeah, it's awesome to be back with you guys again

It's definitely crazy to log in after only an hour to see the chat log at 99+, hah.. not used to that at all.The story is that the last clan I was in was was ran by a guy that works in another section where I work at. It's a pretty smart guy, but his method of running the clan is pretty odd. He liked to set assigned targets to everyone; everyone attack their equal on 1st attack no matter what. But then he changed it to everyone attack your equal or down to 2 below your equal to give better leeway. Well Arch, who was co-leader too, decided to hit the one right below his number and and the leader said he didn't follow the plan and demoted him. Arch, being the brash type of person he is, called him a "fucker" lol, so he got kicked.
Being one of my close friends IRL, he immediately messaged me to find another clan to join. So I used it as an excuse to leave as well and joined you all, who I really wanted to join in the first place. Because not only did this guy have odd war strategies, he thought it would help us out a lot to leave the clan open to "anyone can join" and always posted on global chat to get new people. This was pretty annoying because most of the clan was TH4s that had no idea what they were doing and would constantly give me lvl 1 barbs when I'm requesting wizards or troops for war, hah. A lot of them just didn't participate either and fortunately neither did the first few clans we were matched up with, but this gave the leader the perception that having a lot of low-end THs to counter us higher guys would give us an advantage in war, but it really didn't because it still all comes down to participation.
So that's it. It's stupid, but that's how it goes, heh. King Trolls seems like a pretty cool group. This first war with you was a blast even though we lost. It was crazy how those guys came back at the last few mins. I think the TH9s was what lost it for us. They 2 starred most of our TH9s while we only 1 starred with the exception of my attacks. Seems like they learned from it though, so hopefully we're good next time around too after dropping a couple other inactive people and looters as well.
What I'm kind of afraid of is that my friends, esp. Arch, will keep sucking and get kicked, dragging me with them
. I'm hoping Tmos will just opt them out if need be instead so we can stay together at least. Arch is definitely into the game as much as we are, but somehow he just doesn't catch onto the strategies and recognize troop strengths like we do. Honestly, I would just opt him out of war until he gets his troops leveled adequately. He's been a TH9 for 3-4 months now and has only leveled his archers so far. I don't know how that's possible with how much he plays, I'm guessing because his farming base is pretty mediocre and he never keeps troops in his CC to defend his resources, because he's always talking about getting hit for a lot of loot, hah.Yeah.. that happens pretty easily with this game, hah. My wife is incredibly annoyed by this game because I'm on it a lot.

So I've been playing CoC for a little while now and never even thought to check on Hard to see if we had a clan or two running. I've got a TH8 about a third done of upgrades, including Lv4 King, and like to raid 1-2 a week. Of course the name is Omegas

I earned all 5 builders through achievements too. That took a while, think I was nearly a maxed TH8 when I got the 5th one.
I would invite you to the clan I'm in, but we're TH8+ and pretty war intensive. We war non-stop and have won our last 13 consecutive wars too.
You still play, Modred? I almost forgot you were in my old clan a long time ago, then stopped playing for a bit I think.

Not really any more. After I hit TH7 or 8 I just got tired of the grind and resource seesaw. It's a fun game, but at that point not my style. I'm now addicted, as I mentioned above, to Fallout Shelter.

How are things T4rd? I randomly looked you guys up and saw Orc left?
I tried out Fallout Shelter for a while since it seemed like the next big thing but it just seemed like any other city builder clone type iOS game and didn't really get anywhere. Do things get more exciting? It got kind of a chore to have to assign dwellers to rooms to raise their individual stats. And to move people around so they could have kids, except I'm not quite sure of what to do with so many people, they consume too much resources. Am I missing something?? Does it get more interesting after a while? I was at 20+++ when I stopped checking in once in a while, now all my dwellers are dying from lack of food and water.

Which clan did you look up? I'm not in my old clan anymore, I had to abandon my IRL friends for another clan where people could attack in war reliably and somewhat intelligibly, lol. So right now we're all in King Trolls, which now that I think of it you were in for a while when I first joined them, so I dunno why you wouldn't see him in there now. Unless you looked up us a few weeks ago and saw when he was gone for a bit while we were going through a reform. We had an influx of new members join a while back and they were killing us in war, so we had a leadership change and a "cleansing" soon thereafter, hah. We're doing good now though, think we have something like 106 war wins now and we've won the last 15 or so consecutive wars. I'm one of the couple maxed TH9s in the clan besides walls and heros, which is going to take a long time still, hah.

We have about 90 wins in war if any th10's want to join my clan
Am in halfway chill clan - 2-3 wars a week (usually a days' break every war or two) and as long as you get your two attacks in and try you're fine. We're doing pretty well though, war log makes for nice reading so that is nice. Got bored of farming walls at max TH9 so hit the upgrade button, going to pour gold into walls (no TH10 defenses) and elixir into research / spells / troop upgrades.

.That's cool. I'm still in King Trolls, but have been opted out for a bit since I'm in school now. We've been trying to do some arranged wars, but can't seem to get the war weights right now to get matched up, one of us keeps getting another random clan.
We just made Level 8 though, sitting at 168 wins and only 1 loss in our war log right now. I'm still doing walls at TH9, lol. Heros are about to go to lv20, everything else offense and defense are maxed of course. I have no desire to go TH10 right now as 3 starring other TH9s is much funner than 2 starring max TH10s. Hopefully this next update balances out TH10 much more, because they've built up defenses so much at TH10 without giving us much offense to compensate, so it's pretty uneven still, IMO.
Not sure there is an [H] clan now. If you're a mid-maxed TH9 though and have any war skills, then you're welcome to try our clan out; King Trolls. We're always at war though and are a 3-star centric war clan. So no GoWiPe basically, heh. Not looking for anything by TH9s right now either. We have enough TH8s and don't want TH10s in war.

new update came out today. All i can say right now is start sniping any th you see before people start bringing them into their base. You get 1/4 of the loot if you destroy a th now.
