Cisco SDF update

My boss is struggling with regaining access to the Cisco website and we really need to update our outdated IPS SDF for Intrusion protection.

Can anyone here help me out with that?
 
The support contract has been in limbo for months and Cisco is just taking forever to get it taken care of. This has prevented me from updating the IOS and SDF files :(

Legally, I believe that's the only way Cisco will allow you to obtain them.
