Cisco CRWS will not load.

I trying to setup a cisco 97 router, but it keeps hanging on the "loading cisco router web setup please wait..." it was working fine before but i forgot the password so i, tried to clear it by changing the configuration register, then whipping the startup-config and generally playing about with it. Oh and am amazed how many features this thing has packed in it for the price, and it comes with ios 12.3

I followed this Web Setup 3.1 Troubleshooting Guide and went though all the steps, it fixed the DHCP problem i was having (don't ask).

Any ideas?

I never got mine restored. But it was no big deal because I just do everything via the CLI now. I read a cisco guide on how to upgrade/restore it but as I said it did not work. And if you can do the CLI I am sure things will be fine.

Come on, someone must know, it can't be hard to reset it, to the factory default setting.
