Choosing which monitor a program runs on?

Running Win7.
I have a 22" LCD and my 42" LCD TV hooked up to the computer.

For playing movies on the TV, I can simply drag them across, thats fine, no problem.
But when it comes to playing games, it always wants to run it on the default monitor, so I have to go in, change primary monitor to the TV. This of course moves all my icons to the TV and once I am done playing I have to switch everything back and move the icons back.

Is there a way to tell a specific program which monitor to use without having to go through this? If windows itself can't, are there any programs that will do this?

I'm pretty sure UltraMon will do this... can't remember for sure, haven't used it for a while.

There is a trial version here...

Well, this program does what I want, but with this game I just dont think it is going to work.

It uses a launcher program, which when I try to bypass, it just pops up an error message to run the launcher. And of course, its launcher uses the primary display :/
