Chipset & Mosfet Blocks on Asus P6T Deluxe?

I'm getting ready to put my new pc together, but was wondering if it is worth it to get blocks for the NB, SB, Mofset on the P6T Deluxe. Does the board get hot enough to warrant the blocks or would it just be a waste of money.

Also is 1X MCP655 with a EK D5 top using 3/8" tubing
enough for a Apogee GTX, DD GTX 295 block, 2X MCR 320, MCRes
