Cheapest notebook/tablet capable of 4k 60Hz output

What are the keywords that i should search to locate the cheapest tablets or notebooks capable of driving a 4k TV/Monitor at 60Hz?

I prefer DP , because there are DP to HDMI 2.0 adapters .

Edit: since no help arrived, i digged for info. The "cheapest" CPU capable of handling 4k60hz available is the Intel Core M3-6Y30, which unlike the predecessor 5Y30, is indeed capable of 4k60hz using displayport or thunderbolt 3.

But this CPU is only paired with a miniDP in the Zenbook UX305CA, a $800 premium ultrabook. Now it is time to look for the bare minimum discrete mobile GPU instead, which may be found at a lower price tag.
