Cheap Asus SATA DVD-ROM's at Newegg now

I've been waiting for what I think was a nice fast accessing DVD ROM to load up my new build with but it was OOS for some time. Today I check Newegg and low and behold, the model I wanted has been turned into a SATA model!

22 bucks, not too bad a price, but you pay shipping. I'm loading up the remaining 3 slots in my P-180 with these (I'm too lazy to change disks all the time, lol)

I don't think I've had a read-only drive in my PC for a few years now. With DVD Burners so cheap, I'd just go with them.

Gotta agree with djnes on this one. For like 30 to 40 bucks more you can have all of those be dvd burners. I'd do that.

I just picked up the Asus SATA DVD (rom) from the egg... going all SATA on my gaming rig.. NO MORE IDE RIBBON CABLES... muahahahhaah.. lol
