Change fan on Sunbeam CR-CCTF worth it?

I don't know much about the fan that comes with the Sunbeam CR-CCTF and wanted to see if I would gain much by changeing it out for a different one. If so, what would be a good fan to use instead?

You can put a 4pin fan on instead and take advantage of the mobo or software controlling the speed for you.

I would suggest 4pin PWM fluid dynamic bearing designs for good quiet/automatic/cooling ratios.

I use these and don't let the price fool you these are very good quality fans. Some of the best you will find unless you're willing to spend 2-3x as much.
