capping bandwidth of users on D-Link DIR-655

How can I do this? My brothers keep eating the bandwidth with video streaming. I have already put a school schedule rule on it so the internet for them turns off at 7:30PM.

Take a look at the QoS / Traffic Shaping settings
link should be like this (change the IP to your router's)
http://192.168.0.1/Advanced/Traffic_Shaping.shtml

Set your traffic priority higher, and drop their priority lower based on IP

I've done that before, its hard to tell if it was working or not. When i get home, I'll try it. thanks.

its on but doesn't feel like its working.

Just do what I used to do when people would do the same thing to me. Reconfigure the router, change the passwords and "I don't know, works fine for me"
