Can't install Flash Player on Vista! Help!

Everytime I access a website containing Flash content, i get teh security warning if I want to install Flash Player or not, So i click install, then again when I access a website containing flash I get teh same message! happens in this forum over and over again.

Im running Vista, what do you think is teh solution>?

install flash v7 not 8 and 'teh' problem is fixed.

I can't type teh correctly anymore! even when i'm filling out forms for work and $h!t
