Cannot locate where to "change network location" in latest Win10 build

So I have a laptop connected via WIFI currently set to a "public" network, I need to change this to a private network, but Microsoft, in all it's wisdom appears to have changed the way we make this change in the latest build. I've been googling for the last couple hours but keep hitting a dead end. Any ideas?

It's tied to the "Find Devices and Content" setting now. Turn that on to make the network private, turn it off to make it public.

You will need to run the Home Group wizard and apply the fixes that it suggests and it will enable Private Network at that point. You do not have to continue from there to setup a Home Group however, unless that is what you want.
