cannot access shared folder on reconnect

I have some shares set up on a Windows Server 2003 box. On my Vista and XP boxes, I mapped the network drives and checked "Reconnect on Login". Things are good up to this point. The problem is the drives do not automatically reconnect after Vista/XP reboot. I have to click the drive and enter a password to reconnect.
Anyway around this? Thanks

Unless the username and password is the same, no you have to enter a un/pw.

You can write a login/startup script that'll do that for you.
