Can you use a SSD cache accelerator to boost a secondary drive?

I am putting together a new build using a Samsung 830 for the primary system SSD, and a WD Black 2TB for my secondary data / games drive. I was wondering if it was possible to use a SSD caching drive like the Corsair Accelerator to boost the speed of my WD 2 TB drive, while still keeping the Samsung for my boot drive and system apps. I have googled and found mixed replies as to whether this can be done. Some say Intel trim supports this, and others say that any SSD caching is only allowed on your primary system drive. Thanks in advance for any info.

I haven't used the corsair SSDs. But I've used Asus SSD caching on my 1TB black drive which is just steam and other games.

This is speculation on my part it I don't see why it wouldn't work. If you look at the [H] review you see it lets you select a target drive. I would think it would let you choose any drive available.

I know that VeloSSD supports caching of secondary drives. It is a software only solution for persistant
cache of windows volumes.
