Can someone who owns a FreeSync monitor test it in MAME?

I want to know if Mortal Kombat's scrolling is smooth with Freesync. MK runs at 54hz.

Bumping this. I haven't seen a word on MAME performance with FreeSync either.

I was interested in that too, so I started a thread: Asus MG279Q Refresh Rates
With freesync monitors you can create a custom resolution with 108Hz refresh rate and MK will run smooth.
Just make sure the game switches resolutions inside mame.

As for actually mame engaging freesync, I don't know...
I read that GSync performs well with mame and MK runs at native 54Hz smoothly.
