Can someone tell me what type of tubes I need?

So I bought this cooler to utilize my 360mm rad spot in my new case.

Unfortunately the tubes don't reach the cpu by an inch The tubes are user replaceable however so I figured I can just get some longer tubes. Being that I have never worked with water cooling tubes would someone be kind enough to instruct me on the proper tube type I need for this cooler?

9.5mm ID 12.5m OD. The cloest nominal size is 3/8" ID 1/2" OD

maybe somebody else could advise whether that will work with those fittings (as the 3/8 1/2 size is slightly bigger than the default tubing) or if you want to get a size smaller and really jam it on the fittings.

So this would be the best size to get? Will I need a special tool to cut them

that size is the closest to what your unit uses. Using the closest size lets you reuse the fittings making it a whole hell of a lot cheaper. That size should work even though it's a few mm or so bigger because when tubing is matched perfectly with fittings its kind of hard to get them on anyway. You can cut them with anything. I just use a utility blade, but I'm sure a non serrated kitchen knife will do as well.
