Can someone teach me how to do something real quick?

I have gimp and ms paint.
So bare with me here.

How can I turn this image into the dimensions of the image bellow, 120x33 or 120x32. But how do I make it clear and not look scrunched?

to turn into this:

well, the problem with the size you're trying to shrink it to is that the proportions will be incorrect. it will either be squashed vertically, or it will need to be extended with blank space on either side of the logo.

if you want to keep the image the same proportions as it is right now, you'd have to stick with 120x50. examples of what i'm talking about:

120x33 (squashing to maximize space used)

120x33 (shrinking largest sides and keeping proportions by adding empty space)

120x50 (proper proportions)
